Can I use my existing LMX account?
Yes. Sign in with your existing LMX email and password. Wholesale access requires a separate application, approval and current research acknowledgement. Retail approval does not automatically enable wholesale ordering.
When can I see wholesale pricing?
Published wholesale pricing is available to approved wholesale accounts with a current research acknowledgement. Pricing and inventory are managed separately from the retail storefront. Unpublished products cannot be ordered.
How do products, strengths and packs work?
Select an exact product and strength. Each SKU has its own pack size, minimum quantity, quantity step and availability. Quantity fields count packs; the number of units in each pack is shown with the product.
How do volume and collection prices work?
Configured volume prices apply to the quantity of one exact SKU. Collections combine two to four different product families, with an exact strength and valid pack quantity for each. The wholesale unit minimum applies across the entire order. Collection savings and volume prices do not stack on the same units. Your final quote uses current wholesale settings.
Where can I find analytical documentation?
Available wholesale documents are linked to their exact products and lots. A product image or label is not a laboratory report. If no report is published, the documentation page states that clearly.
What happens after I submit an order?
An accepted order receives an order number and payment instructions for the configured payment method. A pending manual-payment order allocates wholesale stock until payment or a permitted cancellation. Order history shows payment and fulfillment status separately.
Who are these materials intended for?
All materials are supplied solely for lawful laboratory, analytical and in-vitro research. They are not for human or animal use and are not medicines or supplements. Research and legal acknowledgements are required before ordering.
