Shared login, separate commercial records.
Authentication uses the existing LMX identity system. Wholesale applications, business details, carts, saved collections and orders are maintained in the wholesale data boundary. Existing shared authentication bootstrap behavior is not changed by this storefront.
Information used for ordering.
The wholesale application collects organization, contact and research-purpose details for staff review. Orders retain contact, delivery, price, acknowledgement and payment/fulfillment snapshots needed to administer the order.
Browser and payment data.
Authentication cookies identify your wholesale session. A previous delivery address may be retained in session storage under your wholesale account ID when you choose to reuse it. Card details, when enabled, are handled by Square’s secure form; this storefront submits only its payment token.

Contact wholesale support using the address on the Contact page to ask about your account information. Do not include card details or passwords in a support message.
