Order tracking.
Shipment information appears in your wholesale order when staff publish the carrier and tracking number. Your wholesale order history is separate from retail orders. Sign in to review an order securely.
Changes and cancellations.
Contact support with your wholesale order number before sending a return or requesting a change. A pending manual-payment order holds its stock allocation until a permitted cancellation. Paid-order returns, refunds and inventory disposition require staff review; stock is not automatically restored merely because payment changes.
Research-use materials.
Report any discrepancy between the received material, product specification and order promptly. Keep the packaging and product/lot identifiers so support can investigate. No automatic return eligibility or shelf-life claim is implied.
